Important Information About Video Streaming

Kohinoor uses YouTube, Mux, and other third-party video platforms to deliver live and automated webinars. These platforms have their own rules, copyright policies, advertising policies, and technical limitations. To help keep your webinar running smoothly, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Use only original, royalty-free, licensed, or properly authorized music and audio, including background music.
• Use only videos, images, presentations, clips, recordings, and other content that you have the right or permission to use.
• Do not use unauthorized movies, TV programs, recorded broadcasts, music, or other copyrighted content.
• Make sure your webinar content follows the current policies and guidelines of the video platform you are using.
• If content is provided by a speaker, guest, employee, or other person, please make sure you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• Make sure links, offers, promotions, and other material shared during your webinar comply with the applicable platform policies.

Please Note

Kohinoor manages the webinar software and experience, including registration, automation, webinar pages, chat, and related features.

The actual video hosting, storage, streaming, and delivery are provided by the selected third-party video platform. Therefore, things such as video availability, streaming quality, latency, copyright claims, content restrictions, advertising, account restrictions, and changes to the platform's services are controlled by that provider and its current policies.

Kohinoor does not control or guarantee the policies, decisions, availability, advertising, or actions of third-party video platforms. Platform policies and services may change from time to time.

By using third-party video streaming through Kohinoor, you acknowledge that the applicable terms and policies of the selected video platform also apply to your webinar.

To protect the platform and its users, Kohinoor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws, copyright requirements, or third-party platform policies.

Thank you for helping us keep your webinar smooth, professional, and compliant.
